    you are right, the green had to go. share the finished quilt ok. The blue is a good choice

    I like the blue, too, but the green is the perfect 30's green. I have a dresden plate quilt that the blocks were made in 1934, and they were all put on that green.

    Wow the blue makes it pop. My next quilt is for my Mom and she has chosen this pattern. How wonderful to have the abililty to rescue a piece of history, great job!
