    It is so easy. Took longer to cut out the pieces from the templates.

    If I am doing all rounded ends of the plate, I sew all of them together, then take a piece of thin muslin and put RST..stitch all the way on the edge, then cut a slit in the center of the muslin, turn the plate right side out. I use a wooden q-tip (or stiletto will work as well) to poke the edges out. Press well to set the edges, then I blanket stitch the plate to the background.
