I had 4 blocks from the CW quilt blog that I cut the wrong size. I was thinking wallhanging but today as I was dusting the dresser I decided this was where they were going. I think I will like it! Now to back and finish it!

Very nice, good use for a "mistake". I have heard of quilted table covers and now this scarf, but do you still put a middle layer in, seems it would be very thick/heavy. I noticed you only said you were going to back it, did that mean no batting in it?

I am going to use a thin piece of poly batting in it. The dresser belonged to my Grandfather when he and my Grandmother first married so protecting it is important.

Very nice, looks like you planned for it to go there all along!

Very nice. I made a table runner for my sister-in-law and she put it on her dresser. What a great idea I thought, so, I made one for my entertainment center. Looking good.
