On my way to my Daddy's house in East Tennessee during the Thanksgiving holiday, I spotted this beautiful barn quilt. I thought y'all might like to take a peek at it!

Is that one of the ones that are painted panels to look like quilt blocks?

Wow! That one is a little more detailed than most of the ones I've seen. Someone did a lot of work.

It's painted on large pieces of wood, then painted and hung on the barn. I have never seen one like this one. It's so detailed with the printed "fabric". Other ones I've seen are solid.

The detail shown is great, unusual too in that most are solid colors. Someone spent some time on this one, its beautiful.

Wow!! That's a gorgeous painted block. Some of the blocks I have seen were pretty plain, but some of them, like this one, are just stunning!!

This one is one of the best I've seen.

I have come across a number of the barns in NC. My friend did an entire road trip based around the quilt barns.
