Friends of ours were getting married yesterday. On their wedding list was a patchwork quilt, and I knew the couple would really appreciated one, so I made them one. I had to keep it simple due to time constraints, and also due to time and cost I had to be able to quilt it myself. Quilting was just SitD, but this monster is about 97" square, so pretty huge making it fairly hard on my DSM. Its not perfect, but I'm really pleased with it, and think the simple design works effectively. Haven't got to see them open it, but I'm sure the bride in particular will love it :-)

If they don't love it, there's something wrong-with them! Great job, especially for a quickie.

WoW! that is beautiful. I find it hard to quilt on DSM also. Looking for an inexpensive extention for Husqvarna Viking.
