    A lot of patterns say they are easy, but that is all a matter of perspective. I think this pattern really is easy for all experience levels.

    Take 2 rectangles and sew them together as a square. Then cut the square in half diagonally. Sew together 2 non-matching triangles.

    I used a double layer of batting in this one to make it heavier, that's why it looks so puffy.

    Pretty neat! will have to try that! I'm always looking for simple things for Vets lap quilts....
