Is this your first longarm? What do you like best about it? And how is the stitch regulator? Do you have the Lightning SR or the standard? Questions, questions, questions. :-) Thanks. Again, beautiful quilting.
I owned a voyager and sent it back within two weeks...I won't offend anyone..but personally I didn't like it. My LQS owned a few Gammils so I worked on those quite a bit...but always had thread issues and timing issues.
My INNOVA has 7 patents. One of them being an oiless head..I only have to oil in one spot...no timing classes because it doesn't ahve to be timed..thread tension doesn't rely on timing.
another patent is the constant tensioner..I can use any thread in my machine..even pearl cotton..it will embroider..I can also use light weight silk thread... ..it has more RPM's that a GAMMIL so you can even buy a couching unit ..and couch down specialty yarns and cording. VERY NICE!
I Don't have lightening stitch because I find I don't need it....I have the stitch regulator ...and works perfect...Thanks for asking!

Charisma, you may be "Technology Challenged" but you definantly are NOT "Artisticly Challenged." You do such beautiful work!! Some day I will get good enough at piecing so I can send you a top to quilt for me!!
