I know you know that I have been on vacation while all this was going on. Thank you so much for sending me the link to this thread. I read it from the first page to the last. Now that I am done tearing up I can write this.
First of all Elle CONGRATULATIONS on your marriage. I know you and Colin will have decades of happiness together, you make a great couple.
To all the girls who made each block with so much love I say, "Way to go girls!!!" Each block is a masterpiece. I do not know how you all kept the secret but congratulations and a beautiful job. This quilt was filled with so much love.
Izy, welcome back girl and thanks for all the great pictures. I enjoyed everyone of them. The detail was fantastic!
Pat, all I can say is WOW on the quilting. You do such wonderful work always but you out did yourself on this one. Each block you quilted had it's own little story and I could see the thought and love that went into each on. A pat on the back (no pun intended).
Well girls you can all take a bow. It is wonderful to see such a display of love and friendship. You all deserve a round of applause
I know this quilt is already hanging in it's place of honor.
