I love your quilt - absolutely darling!!! Your quilting is gorgeous. I went to a quilt fair the other day and they had elephants, pigs, kangaroos, etc. similar to your quilt. Each was adorable!

What a wonderful elephant, and don't be surprised if your daughter claims it for her own, if not now in the years ahead when she can say "I helped Mom with that!"

I just had fun with it and just quilted whatever I thought of when I hit the spot, the ears have feathers, legs have ribbon candy, my version of wrinkles in legs, the head is pebbled. So I have my March UFO complete and hope to get it binded tomorrow or this weekend so I can hang it in my bedroom or bathroom. Thanks for looking. Oh and the name of pattern is Ellie the Elephant.

Beautiful. FFabulous quilting. How are you going to bind it? Love to see a strip on the diagonal.

I just got the Ellie Pattern yesterday, did you machine quilt with zigzag around each piece? Yours is beautiful.

Love it! What a great job you did, and aren't you lucky that your daughter did it before she hit those teen years?

Spectacular quilting--thanks so much for sharing the photo.
