    Here is the quilt that I made for my parents for Christmas. Glad this one is behind me!

    Scott, how beautiful! So what type of embroidery machine do you have? I'm very impressed with your results. I know your parents are estatic.

    Hi Linda,

    Thanks for your kind words. My mother cried, which triggered my sister, which triggered me, and I think maybe even my dad let one fall from his cheek too.

    The designs are from Bernina Studio, Baltimore Elegance. I embroidered them on a Brother 4000D.

    The Borders were "quilted" on a Brother PR-600 II. I machine quilted the blocks and the background on a Janome 6600P. That was torture. It pushed me into ordering a Grace Frame, Juki Machine, etc.
