    lynnie, I am learning this fun technique from a book on CD written by our very own grammatjr. You can go to her blog here on the QB and find a tutorial and also buy the book.
    It is not nearly as hard as it looks, even tho it took me a while to get up the nerve to try it for the first time. Trudy (grammatjr) is also very helpful if you have questions or are just timid, like I was. She will help all she can.
