Yes it is! I've seen pictures of that fabric used to cover dining room chairs where the oval with the chicken was centered on the back and the seat ...beautiful. Great Find!

I am making a table runner with the all of the fabrics in the first picture (chicken/red/white). Was hoping that some of it was big enough to do placemats also, but I'm not sure.
