    Thanks for zipping by!

    Saw this pattern in an add for 'buy 3 books over the course of a year, and get this many free' and loved it. This lap quilt was made for one of my son's favorite teachers in 4th grade!

    This was one side of a smaller quilt for my daughter before she went in to have spinal fusion last year. All of the quilting is words or phrases from family and friends that come to mind when thinking of my daughter.

    This is the other side to the picture above. Some of the quilted words are; brilliant ball of sunshine, beautiful, princess...
