    I love that. I will not say cheater again. I have quite a few left to do for charity quilts.

    This is a beautiful quilt. Love how you put this together.

    It was in all of the LQS at least a year ago. There was actually a whole bolt of it at Sauder's Sale in Lancaster earlier this summer. I almost purchased it. I have some other yardage similar that was made by another fabric company. It tends to have more of a red green theme which was typical of the period. You might be able to get some of it if you go on line and look for the fabric line by Mimi Dietrich.

    Looks like they've got the same "cheaters blocks" from the woman you were speaking of, and it looks like they've got like 50 yards left! Hope this helps :)

    that's officially adopted: "efficiency panels"...lol! :D

    oops, really like your quilt, msspeedy! I like applique blocks like this, but I won't be doing such tiny pieces, so this gives us a choice. Thanks for showing it, bc you still have to quilt it, it will still be a work of love for someone. :D
