I love the quilt--sun glasses are needed, but that's ok. You like it and that is all that matters. Right!!!

   Not me! This was my first, last and only try with Kaffe Fassett "paper weight" fabric. Will go back to my 30`s prints to give my eyes a rest.

What is "paper weight" fabric? the quilt is a beau. I
Someone else was referring to Kaffe Fassett fabric as paper weight......as it is thin and light as paper!?
His prints are real eyecatchers but the quality IMHO is rather poor. I wonder whether the colors will fade after washing a couple of times.
The tulip mania I used is on sale at hancocks of paducah and I had a Kaffe Fassett quilt on the bucket list

Kaffe Fassett has a fabric design: 'Paperweight' and one called 'Millefiori'. Both inspired by glass designs. I have swatches of both and they seem to be of good quality.

    Paperweight in blue.

    Millefiori in 'sludge'.
