I started out with the idea of the Lion quilt from Fat Cat Patterns and just enlarged it a bit to get it what I needed and took away the tail. It was the first time I did the applique on my sewing machine.

The tractor quilt was a special request. The embroidery design came from Molly Mine.

The bear quilt was so much fun. The designs came from Tucker's Treasures (which I thought was funny since I was making it for Tucker) and the binding is just jean strips sewn on raw edge and scrappy. I used an old throw blanket as the middle and I love the way it drapes.

I have a grandson Tucker. He wouldn't fit under this quilt as he is 19 yrs old. I did make one for his christmas but it is Queen size Stack and Whack.
