    Your quilt should be beautiful. I always try for uneven numbers of fabrics, just like arranging silk flowers.

    They are gorgeous. What pattern are you using. I love all the greens, that's a hard color to find so many pretty pieces.

    Fabric is awesome. Question, did any of this fabric come from your stash or was it all new from the store?

    My problem is that I am buying fabric the I see and like, however none of it really goes together.

    I've purchased over $150 in fabric this week, than found one of tghe fabrics that I love, has gone on sale;

    I was going to purchase all the borders and tulips - oh my gosh - is my credit card going to be hurting by the end of the month.

    I've just started quilting so my stash is pretty meager (sp?). I have some greens that I may use to keep things interesting but for 99% of the quilt, it will be fabric that I purchased specfically for it.

    I'm not sure if I'm going to be a "buy only for a specific project" or a "buy it 'cause I like it" quilter. I do have some fabric I purchased while on vacation to Sedona and I don't know when I'm going to use it. But I'm content to wait and see.

    Vacation fabric purchases are just like vacation calories - they don't count. :wink:

    I like the way you look at this! I will have to remember to use this one on my next vacation too! :oops:

    I really like your fabric choices and the pattern you designed. Can't wait to see the WIP!
