    I did okay at the local fair this year for my bow tuck purse, elephant pin cushion, and quilt.

    won Grand Champion

    I won a first for my Dear Jane quilt at a small, local agricultural show which has a craft section. No ribbon, just a small certificate, but the prize is supposed to be €40. It hasn't arrived yet, but it's only been a week.

    I'm putting it in a much bigger show next Sunday, so wish me luck. The prize for that one is a Brother sewing machine
