Default Fairy Quilt for Baby June

This is a quilt I have made for a neighbours first grandchild. The fabric is by Michael Miller from his "Flower Faries Series".

We have been having some very hot weather in Melbourne, and on Christmas Day there were very serious bushfires, the fires are still burning, many homes have been lost, so to calm my nerves I turned on the airconditioner closed up the house and made this quilt.

So sorry for all the fires. Many here in the USA have experienced fires and other types of disasters: drought, flooding, tornadoes, etc. Your quilt is cute and will be appreciated, I am sure.

A nice way to get through a natural disaster.

Such a beautiful part of the world along the Great Ocean Road.

I love that set of prints as well. Good job. I hope your fires end soon. Being in Northern California, I know how much that smoke can take out of people.
