    This is a gorgeous quilt - is this your own pattern or is the design one could buy somewhere?

    I love the way the leaves all play together - but it looks confusing to piece - you did a fantastic job of it.

    I should have read more of the responses - now I see where the design comes from - Tessellations by Jackie Robinson. Will have to see about getting this book. Love the effect of overlaping designs.

    Her book has several tessellating patterns. They are so intriguing to me! The blocks themselves are not difficult to construct....it's all about planning and layout. You can't make one block without knowing the colors of the block next to it and below or above it. She provides worksheets to color in the book.
    You should get it - you have the same name initials! :lol:

    What a beautiful challenging quilt. I hope someday I'll be equal to that pattern. I LOVE it.
