    Default Fall Door Decoration

I made this appliqued pumpkin and leaves to put on my front door for the Fall season. I drew the leaf and pumpkin freehand (hey, we all can't be Picasso), appliqued them with the blanket stitch on my machine and just put another piece of the beige fabric for the backing, doing it by sewing right sides together and turning it right side out and doing a quick top stitch around the edge. It was so quick to sew up. The thing that took the longest was getting a decent leaf drawing.

I like it. Nice job. And handy to have a metal door for hanging.

Yeah, I like my metal front and back doors. That's what you get when you buy a mobile home.
