    I do genealogy and put some of my ancestors into this quilt. It was a quilt pattern by Terri Degenkolb and I substituted pictures for the center block. I just started quilting after about 20 years

    Same here...genealogy buff who quilts, or is it a quilter who does genealogy...Either way, your quilt is gorgeous! I'm saving the designers name for something to do in the future (so many quilts/ancestors - so little time). I really need to retire LOL!

    As a fellow genealogist and family historian... I love, love, love it! Are those little white boxes a name tag? Would love to see a closeup! Great job!

    Yes those are name tags. I know who they are but I am afraid my kids and grandkids won't know
