    My dad's side of family.He had 12 brothers and sisters I have listed when born and deceased if they had...on each block and then Grandparents names and Marriage...made a over-sized Queen size top have made a total of 2 of these.

    It went in Silent Auction and raised $200.00. and now is in New Mexico/Arizona

    Only $200, somewhat sad. Fund raisers can be fun, but I wish people would not try to "get" the bargin.

    When I gave my last quilt for a fund raiser I told them to start it out at a certain amount, so the fabric would be covered.

    This is a beautiful quilt and it is worth much more that money but the history that will be retained because of it. Thanks for doing this, we all should be more diligent. Me especially, making so many quilts in one year, and I don't put labels on! Yikes I need to start that.
