    Your father will treasure it forever ! Those are the best kind of gifts ! What fabric dod you use for the pictures ? Just curious. I use the electric Quilt fabric.

    Thanks for the kind words. This wall hanging is large (36x44). I scanned my pictures into my computer and printed them on June Tailor Colorfast fabric sheets. These sheet are somewhat colorfast. You can hand wash them with fabric softener but not detergent. I wouldn't use them in a quilt, just a wall hanging. Used wonder under to arrange and fasten to the main piece of fabric and appliqued them on. Then made my quilt sandwich and quilted it.

    Is the electric quilt fabric more colorfast so it can be used in a quilt? That might be my next project.
