    Default Fan quilt finished

A friend did something for me and refused payment, so here is her quilt.
    Pattern; Poppies by Deb Mosa
Fabric; From my stash except the red metallic binding. I purchased the backing, but I deliberately bought less so I could use leftovers.
Quilting; A hot mess - Circles, spirals, flowers and leaves in the border. My machine didn't like different weight threads on the top and bottom (for the first time), so I kept getting dots.

65X65. I think it will make a good beach blanket. I felt like my grandmother cutting it out with a paper pattern ad scissors. The colors are much more vibrant.
