Beautiful cake, Shadow!
I made a few of these, and had them in my sewing room. My poor son was so excited that we were having such lovely cake for no reason at all, and wondered why it was not in the kitchen.
I must be crazy - I would rather spend more time making one piece of fake cake than a short amount of time making a real one. My poor family! I think I will keep going and make a whole cake's worth for display in the kitchen. Ha Ha! April fools is coming up. Hmm.
