Wow! I would never have bought that fabric because even though it's pretty I'm not good at seeing what it could actually become. Especially since it was in a kind of striped pattern. Your quilt turned out gorgeous! I love the blue border but like someone else said, I think a small thin border first of a rust would really pretty!

I think I have some fabric with the stripe borders like yours, I think that I will have to try what you did with yours. It came out lovely!

I've avoided that fabric because I didn't know what to do with it ..... now I wish I had some. It made up into a gorgeous quilt! Do you have some of the rust/brown in your stash .... that would really set off those blocks and white spaces. I agree that the blue would carry the theme but it is boring, the green does ok. just my thoughts..... I look forward to see the finished project.

I'd like to see some of the uncut fabric in the border if you have enough. It's really beautiful. Food for thought...

Love the blocks!! I think a narrow border of the blue and then a wider border of the cinnamon.

That is so cool! I love it. The blue with a little rust some else suggested would be perfect!!

It turned out great. I think I like the dark blue border with it. You are a very creative person.
