I'm sure that was great fun at the quilt festival. Too bad we all couldn't have gone with you. Yep, the more tools the better, I say. I must comment on your kitties. We have two that look almost exactly like yours except ours a lot older. Thanks for the pics.

Hi Pretty Kitty, So happy you had a good time. Love the quilts but my fave is the Tiger and I guess Kitchen likes it too.

Even if I went to a quilt show every weekend, I expect it would take a very long time for me to get tired of them! They're always so inspiring! Thanks for posting the pics; I enjoyed them.

Your cats seem to have an instinct for knowing which things are theirs!

Thanks so much for the quilt show pics PrettyKitty! I think my favorite one is the white whole cloth quilt with the shadow trapunto - the daisies seems to be swirling on air around the quilt!

Love your kitties too! Kitchen has definitely staked his claim, hasn't he? LOL And congrats on all your new tools too! Enjoy!!! :D:D:D

Thanks for treating us to the quilt show!! It was wonderful--my favorite was the tiny miniature pineapple quilt. So much detail in so little space!

Your kitties are adorable. And I love all your new goodies. How fun!

Glad to hear you had fun! Looks like fun! Those are some gorgeous quilts you took pictures of. The blue quilt with the two rows of very fine applique was gorgeous. Also happy to see the Kitty Inspectors approve of your purchases!

I flew over from Dublin on Friday morning - got a Ryanair flight for E30 return, couldn't say no to that!! WOW is all I can say. It was just amazing. I was so sorry I didn't go to the Amy Butler lecture in the morning. I did make it to the Marti Michell talk which was great, she's a lot of laughs.

I bought a new cutting board cos mine is gone a bit dry and warped, blades for my cutter, an Amy Butler book, 2 magazines, 2 sets of 7 fats (one Moda, one from Andover's Little Blessings), 6 yds of backing fabric, lots of 1/2 yds of fabric from the Lulu collection by Windham, gorgeous gorgeous, can't wait to use it.
