Hi everyone. Well, I had fab time at the show today, but boy are my feet sore!! I bought the things I needed, as wel as some nice fabrics, there was so much choice it was overwhelming!

I bought some fabrics for the cat's window seat cushions - orange and back colours with the (misguided?) idea that the hair won't show up as much!

The quilts on show were truly awe inspring! Amazing pieces of work. I chetted to some nice people (including Marti Mitchell, she was so helpful and her husband Dick is lovely too). I could have stayed all day and spent a fortune! Loved it! Was thinking I couldn't wait to get home to show you all the pics! Hope you are all having a good weekend!

I'm glad you had a good time! You're going to love having the cutter and mat it makes everything so much easier and more percise!

Hi Kathy, The cats are both boys (brothers). I read a book once where the main character had a cat called Kitchen and always thought it was a cool, funny name. I don't 'do' conventional! Satchmo was inspired by a really good documentary about Louis Armstrong that me and my fella were watching around the time we decided to get the cats.

Can you spot anything in the pic of goodies that might be destined for a trip over to the US (to you!) ?
