    FYI, anyone who wants the book that these are from it is on CLEARANCE sale at Connecting Threads for $13.48! It is called "William Morris in Applique" by Michele Hill. Excellent book!

    Eddie - I got right on line and purchased that book. You have spoiled me. Thank you for exposing me to these beautiful works of art. I've had an interest in applique for quite some time and now I may just go for it!
