    I wanted to try the tube quilt method, so I took the block I made and turned it into a placemat for my FIL. I also wanted to try the glue basting I saw on here so I also did that . This is a "WANTED TO TRY " piece of work. lol..It's not perfect but he will love it! ( He lives alone and has a small table so one is all 1 needed)

    You did a wonderful job on it. Your FIL will love it. Great way to use up the "want to try" projects. Are you going to make more beings your first one turned out so nice? :thumbup:
