Really nice for a first. If I may suggest, you adding more quilting inside the blocks. With usage the fabric may start to droop with all that open space. If you do nothing more than an X in the middle that will make it more stable, and shouldn't take very long, because you can go from one block right into the next with straight lines, then go back and cross them.

LOVE THE BLUES, NICE JOB IN PUTTING THE SQUARES TOGETHER FOR SURE. IT IS THE JOY OF COMPLETING IT THAT IS FUN. I NEED TO FOLLOW IN YOUR FOOTSTEPS AND GET MINE DONE.....KEEP GOING AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING FOR SURE
