I just finished this one (purples) up, it took me forever to pick fabric for the binding :mrgreen: The embroidery designs on the squares are from Aunt Martha's

The other pictures are from a Sudoku quilt class I took a few weeks ago and was the first quilt on my frames after replacing the tracks on my machine platform. I was so thrilled that I didn't have any thread breaks.

I quilted from side to side with squiggly lines then turned the quilt and did it again to get the checkered pattern

I absolutely love your embroidered quilt. It brings back many memories!!! I used to embroider those very same patterns on tea towels when I was very, very young and now I'm am... well much, much older! I am going to have to find those patterns and make some blocks- just like yours.
