A lovely quilt, a fine boy.
Thankfully, not all adoptions go that way. My wonderful adopted son is 39 and has given me 4 wonderful grands (2 of them step grands.) Of course, we were really fortunate, having a big, healthy newborn 2 months after deciding to adopt. Although we had no idea where they were, DS figured out who his birth parents were and is fortunate to now have a 3rd set of loving grandparents for his kids, one in his state, one in a nearby state.

Your story brought tears to my eyes...huge hugs to your sister. This lovely quilt was meant for this beautiful, sweet baby Noah!
