    This quilt has taken me forever! It does have to be machine quilted yet but at least it is ready to go :)I made my dad one like this for Christmas.he is 84 years old. He would come and see me working on a quilt and shake his head because he thought it was sooooo much work and could not believe I enjoyed doing the quilt and let alone find it relaxing and fun! I work two jobs and find quilting my fun time! Little did he know that I was making the quilt for him. When he opened the quilt at Christmas he could not believe it and tears rolled down his cheeks! I guess you could say that he liked it!

    This is a beautiful quilt. I can see why it took such a long time, but your workmanship is wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
