This is a Day and Night quilt top from Eleanor Burns'. I started it in March but with all of my other projects going on and homeschooling my 2 girls, I've only just finished the top. I'm a little nervous to see how complicated the quilting will be but this was a great adventure in and of itself.

It came out looking yellowish under my dining room lighting but it's actually white, black and red.

I've got the book but haven't tried it yet. You did a wonderful job! Was there any part that was particularly challenging?

Putting the blocks together was easier than I thought but when I started to assemble my blocks it was more difficult to get all those tiny triangle points precise. There are still a few that are off on this quilt because all of these angles are cut on the bias so they got stretched a little but not enough to be able to tell, lol. I loved it but it will definitely be a few years before I tackle it again.

I just LOVE it...such strong contrasts. It truly dances, and bedazzles! If I had started -that- in March, I'd be VERY proud of myself...you did GOOD! Give yourself some grace...It's beautiful.
