    This is my first quilt, so of course I had to make a king size quilt without a pattern. I've been working on this since October. I have had to rip out more than I've put in. I've actually been working on a border for a month. The first border I made was pinwheels, but when I sewed one side on I didn't like it. So I bought a border fabric, sewed one side on and again I didn't like it. Then I made this border and I like it and am keeping it.

    NOW I plan to hand quilt this danged thing. 8-)

    Wow, fantastic for a 1st quilt, you did a great job, I too am working on my 1st quilt, the piecing was fun but now I am stuck on the border. Hopefully I will get it done soon.
