    Very nice quilt. I think if you decide on a LA quilter-they will make some suggestions to you for the quilting motif. Good luck and share with us when it is quilted.

    It is a beautiful quilt. I only do straight line quilting. I have not been able to do free motion yet.

    U could do meandering if u do it large it wouldn't be heavy quilting. U could echo all the pieces more than once. Cross hatch would work..your own thought of design..take your block picture..print copies..then do a quilting design on it..that will give u the idea ..if it is what u want..use a soft lead pencil or light color ..so it doesn't over power the picture..good luck

    I know you said you don't particularly like heavy quilting but......I can see lots of swirls, feathers, pebbles, vine-y thing-ys....something like that. These things can be spread out so they are not so dense. BEAUTIFUL quilt!!
