DD always gives her teacher a tied couch throw for Christmas. I make it, she helps tie it. This is this years. We haven't got it sandwich, tied or bound yet but at least I got the top done last night. It's a little wide but I guess that's okay, he and his wife can both snuggle under it.

It doesn't really bulge in the center, it's laying over the couch. The prairie points that are peeking out are on another quilt that I was taking pictures of. We're going to sandwich it later today.

I figure that anyone responsible for my child's health, safety and education for 5 days a week deserves more than just a token gift. The teachers that have gotten them in the past have really treasured them. This is the first year that she has had a male teacher but hopefully he will enjoy it as much as the female teachers have. Who knows, perhaps he'll like it even more.

What a nice gift! And I liked the "manly" colors. He should really appreciate it.
