We did 4 quilts for our graduating seniors this year and 5 last year. I piece the tops and the sewing circle helps layer and tie. This year did two in gold and purple for Western IL University, one with a farm motif for a gal going into farm management, and one with Loralie chef fabric for the gal going to chef's school. Lots of fun to match quilts to interests or college colors. I also did some signature blocks on the backs of the last two so that members of the congregation or their graduating class could sign them.

What a generous thing for you to do for the senior members. They will certainly enjoy your beautiful quilts!
