Oh wow; someone else with a Gracie. I also have the Juki 98QE that I bought with the frame. Do you like yours. As I told Donna, I just purchased one and am axiously trying to get up my nerve to get started. I don't know where to begin - thread the Juki and some bobbins might be a good start. Did you purchase the starter kit from that other company, or did you make your own leaders? (right now, I'm not even sure I know what the leaders are). I just finished a bunch of medical appointments today, so now maybe I can concentrate on learning to use this thing. If you can give me any info you think might give me some encouragement, I would be so grateful. Thanks.

What great projects! I'm so glad this thread got brought back up bc I hadn't seen it before.
I love to see contrasting thread in quilting. Great work on your first attempt.

Beautiful pillow. I especially am interested in the quilt. First you did such a WONDERFUL job with it. And, if you don't mind, may I ask what method did you use putting the pictures on it. I've researched and found a couple of ways...but I really would love some advice on the most lasting method. I'm starting a memorial quilt for my brother, to give his little grandson, and I want to put pictures of him, his kids and grandson in the corner blocks.

I was impressed by your first attempt at stippling with your Gracie II quilting system. How do you like it and was it very costly? I want some kind of frame and would appreciate input on this one before investing. Thanks for sharing your project with us.
