I wondered about the view and windows also, but what really intrigued me was your flooring. It looks black in the picture and cushioned? Is it?

If your house is built on a hill, you have a "walk out" basement, so half of your house is on ground level, so you can have windows.

Very very nice room! We recently moved and downsized, I went from a full basement quilt room to a 12x12 spare bedroom! BooHoo!!! Enjoy!

How beautiful!! You are a very lucky lady. Love the windows that you have a beautiful view out of. Looks like an awesome space for everything. Enjoy.
