    I think it's awesome! Sometimes it does us good to go a little outside our own taste or comfort zone. It certainly cures the boredom problem!

    Thanks for the nice comments. I agree that for the price it has to be my favorite quilt. It now hangs in my living room.

    The knee feels a little better today. Not red, a little less swollen and the point where the needle went in doesn't hurt as much. She will do it again in two weeks if it is still swollen, but for now it feels better than yesterday. Thanks for the good wishes.

    What a bargain. Even though it wasn't your type it really turned out excellent. Must have been a God thing, being in the right place at the right time and willing to go outside your usual style. Hope your knee is better very soon.

    It turned out lovely! So sorry to hear about the knee.. rest is best.. our poor knees take so much abuse. Will you be able to get your stash out of storage soon?
