I decided to get my Butterfly Dance quilt done , so I could take it with me to Australia. I am going to give it to my sister. The butterflies are free flowing, sewn within the seams of the blocks. Elaine

What a cool idea! Are the butterflies sewn, then turned, before being enclosed in the seam?

Yes , the butterflies are sewn first , then turned. It made a great take-along project.
