the first is the kit I received I named it Doggie Express Train. It was quilted with a green varigated thread zigzag and little cars on the orange border sewn as if the are going up and downhills

The laughing monkey is one I made on my own I thought the monkey fabric was so cute....however using the homespun cotton checked was a real pain. I've used it before and love the look but it is so hard to square up and keep square. Green thread was used to zigzag on seams. I just used muslin on the back

...washing both quilts now and will send them out tomorrow

back side of quilt ; yes the label is crooked I zigzaged it on before quilting oh well the thought is what counts

Just couldn't get snoop to move; for once he wanted his picture taken.

Great job. I love both focus prints.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a Downey quilt? I signed up over a month ago and haven't received anything.

They look great. I finished the binding on my kit one so it's done, still have to sandwich and quilt the two from my stash to send. I'm hoping to sandwich it tomorrow night and sew on Wednesday.

I like them both, but I hope you washed the quilt before you sent it out.... Dog Allergies could be a big problem…. :!:
