It looks like you've been at it for years. A very nice quilt.

    Wow!
Now, that you are a professional <g> what are you going to do next!
You have a right to be very proud of yourself. That is quite a challenge for a beginning quilter. <wave>

    Oh, my goodness!
You probably don't want to spend a lot of time on the puter telling us all the painful details. I am so sorry!
I don't know how you use "down" time, but don't push yourself - - get good and healed.
Hubby and I were working out some bugs in the shop this afternoon and were just discussing how sometimes, the most interesting solutions to a problem come when one is not looking directly at the problem.
You will probably find yourself sitting around one day and think: I wish I could .... well, maybe work it out on paper.
unless ... it wasn't your writing arm, was it?
okay ... now, I put on my mother hat and ask: Were you at least having fun when you got hurt? And, it was logical, ethical, and moral activity ... right??? There is some comfort in that <g>
Take care of yourself ... you will make some wonderful quilts in your mind until you can actually get your hands back on to the machine.
   One of my friends has health issues and I cut her fabric for her, and she stitches things together at her leisure, and then when it is time for turning pillowcases or trimming them up for the next step, I step in to do a bit more helping.
Maybe you have a friend who can help you in this manner?
If not, just rest and know that your quilting friends are here to keep you encouraged and inspired <wave>
