    I only FINISHED them this past week. I don't work like most, I guess.

    For the most part, I make tops and then, after I get a bunch made, I do the quilting.

    I tend to buy a roll of batting that is enormous (poly) and need to use it up as quickly as possible as it is impossibly large once I take the initial plastic off the outside. The roll is usually 50 meters and expands and expands.

    I did. I gave away the two double knit ones this morning! The recipients were delighted to get them and I was soooo happy to get rid of them! I took pictures. I can post them if you want. One was to a lady in her 60's and the other was to a blind man in his early 50's I think. They both were delighted with how warm they were!

    The 2 lucky recipients of the dk quilts (aka ugly duckling--remember the tale?) will have a warm winter thanks to you. What a blessing all the recipients have with you in their lives. Winter will soon be coming and these will warm bodies to warm hearts and souls.
