Isn't it Wonderful to let people know how important they are just because they are.

How lovely, both the quilt and the story. One smile can do so much good in the world. It can make your whole day. Ask me how I know.
A young man on a motorbike gave me the most wonderful smile because I let him into the traffic flow. I was at a rather low point at the time but his smile made me feel so good all day I decided to pay it forward whenever I can. I'm still smiling at people and that was at least 15 years ago.
When you get a smile back it makes at least 2 people feel good for the day.
