    What a delight you are to make such a piece of art that will give joy and pleasure to another. I'm sure the child will treasure it forever. I think it would make a great wall hanging also.

    What an absolutely adorable quilt - love the ladybugs. I like your idea of how you attached the satin blanket binding. I made a small 9-patch quilt for my DGD to use just as a play quilt and used some blanket binding that I had on hand. My daughter loved her baby blankets to death, even having 2 identical blankets all she ended up with was a tangle of the satin binding, but she had to have her blankie, always rubbing the satin binding to help her get to sleep.
