    It turned out GREAT, Bev! :thumbup: the black sashing really sets off the blocks :D
    You know something? ....my husband and I had 4 rental properties for about 15 years. Although we had a couple of long term good renters for the most part we had destructive, late payers, to totally stop paying at all. We helped them out, gave them funiture, clothes, canned goods, but never ever did one of them do something like make us a quilt!
    Way to go girl :!:
    Can't wait for you to start the tinkerbell quilt, that is going to be cute :D

    I gotta remember how good this looks with the black, so when I get around to doing a scrappy! You did good, and they are going to be so pleased. :D
